Hello, Beautiful! I'm Lesley, the Artistic Director and resident Master Extensionist at Salon 1827.
Confession: I'm not just passionate about hair but also a bookworm, podcast aficionado, fashion enthusiast, and coffee connoisseur! You'll often find me immersed in captivating reads from my extensive book collection or browsing the latest fashion trends. My summer spent in Paris awakened my appreciation for the finer things in life.
On my day off, you'll catch me by the window, savoring a cup of coffee and indulging in a world of stories, (at least while my girls are asleep) or running around after my daughters and two rescue pups Roxy & Hank.
Hair extensions hold a special place in my heart due to my struggles with hair loss and thinning. Hey friend! I’m Lisa and I’m the smoothing & color transformation specialist here at Salon1827.
Somebody asked me recently, which do I prefer doing behind the chair: blondes or brunettes?
It feels like an impossible question. It’s like asking me to choose between air and water. I love them both equally! With my love for hair and my passion for the latest trends, I knew hair artistry was my calling.

I love to sing. I tried out for the Voice in 2021 and sang Lady Gaga's Always Remember Us This Way
If I could travel the world, I would!!
I love Marvel and DC movies. I also love watching LOTR/Hobbit, Twilight trilogy, Matrix trilogy, and so many other sci-fi/fantasy shows. Vampire Diaries, True Blood. Recently, I binge-watched Ozark on Netflix.
I love to take care of people and make them feel comfortable. I understand how hard life can be these days, and hopefully, my hands or my smile will make you feel at ease.

Hey there, good looking! My name is Rachel. My passion lies within vivid coloring, and I’m a residential barber! I’m always looking for clients who like to live on the wild side but also enjoy being in bed by 10 pm. Whether you’re looking for brightly colored hair, a wash, and style, or a nice clipper cut, I’m here to help you achieve your hair goals! All are welcome in my chair!
My goals as a stylist are fairly simple. I strive to keep my guests happy, their hair healthy, and a smile across their faces! I’m all too familiar with getting a service that you weren’t happy with; it’s part of what drove me into this business in the first place. Communication is absolutely key in this process. I will always do my best to make clear expectations for my clients, and I will ask the same in return. Communication is a two-way street, after all.
If I’m not elbow-deep in hair, on my days off, you will probably find me caring for the many animals I have at home. I’m also a “frequent flyer” at the local park to spend time with my niece. I also enjoy a good board game—Carcassonne is probably my all-time favorite! I enjoy musical theater, reading, Marvel movies, and baking—not all at the same time, as impressive as that would be.
