Booking Policies
At Salon 1827, we strive to be as accommodating as possible; however, as an appointment-based business, we do ask for cancelations to be made in a timely manner. In order for us to fill the empty time slot, 24 hours are required to cancel most appointments, and 48 hours are required for appointments over 3 hours. In the event of a cancelation after the above time frame, a fee of 50% of the booked appointment will be due. If a card is on file, that card will be charged; otherwise, an invoice will be emailed to you. If the invoice remains unpaid after one week of being sent, we will reach back out as a reminder. If, within two weeks, the invoice is still unpaid, all future appointments will be canceled. You may cancel through email, text, or phone (if you reach our voicemail, please leave a message). You will not be charged if a clear attempt to cancel is made before the 24-48 hour period of your appointment. Appointments canceled due to inclement weather will not be subject to the cancellation policy.
